    • Horizontal scroll

      It's great that you have zooming option for each tab but that would be awesome if you implement:
      1) horizontal scroll with mouse wheel
      2) text wrapping
      3) horizontal scroll with left/right keys
      And by the way. Please do something with key focus. I mean when I mouse clicked inside tab and then clicked arrow key it interprets this as if I wanted to change my position in assembly tree. When in fact I wanted to scroll it a bit.
      Thanks a lot.

      • Generate PDB: Add settings for pdb-generation path alongside the source generation path

        After I reported this bug:
        "[..] I just realized that [the error] only seems to happen when I change the PDB generation paths to a custom directory somewhere on my hard drive and then tried to generate the pdb into the same folder."

        which got confirmed by a Telerik developer, I though of this UI change:

        "How about adding a second setting in the "pdb generation" tab for the pdb-output path just below the source path setting?
        There you can validate that the pdb output path is not the same as the source output path and also you could probably…

        • Search by text in XML documentation

          For example, I want to type:
          “filterpriority”
          and get results like this:
          /// <filterpriority>2</filterpriority>
          public Void Initialize()
          {
          }

          • Find empty methods and NotImplementedException throwing methods

            This feature would be very useful for Unity3d programmers, because Unity uses old Mono version (they cannot upgrade it due to legal reasons), in which some methods are unexpectedly unimplemented. For example, Array.Initialize() is just empty without even throwing an exception, I lost multiple hours fighting non-existent bug in my code, until I figured this out.

              • C# projects to vb precede class private property class members with "_" to distinguish them from public interfaces of same name ...

                Because of vb's case insensitivity the public and private member names will not be unique resulting in countless errors in language conversion...

                      • Source hex address display

                        It would be convienient to display the source hex address of the file being decompiled, along with the existing opcodes. This feature could be selectable so as not to clutter the decompiled window. Al;so nice would be the opposite to be able to enter in a hex address and go to the decompiled code for that address.

                          • Some ideas

                            1-) It will be nice if we're be able to change the application icon.
                            2-) Resource file editor. ( Change the resource files, ... etc. Reflexil hasn't much ability about that.)
                            3-) Form design tool (The tool will only show the InitalizeComponent defines)

                                Why is the method shown in the context of the module? Why not allow us to review the method in its own tab independent of the rest of the module? Reflector allows this.

                                • A Config file to remove modules that crash application startup

                                  Ok when a user tries to open a deeply obfusticated module/application their will be a popup error and sometimes when the popup shows the application asks for user confirmation like "Ok" "accept" with a huge error than the Application will crash, so what im saying is create a way that the user can remove loaded modules from a config file to stop it from crashing.

                                  The error i have that crashes the application is:

                                  • Prefix with @ if name is a keyword

                                    When you decompile code e.g. into c# which was written in another language, it might be possible that words that are keywords in c# but not in the other language were used by the programmer as names. This will generate a syntax error in the decompiled code.
                                    E.g. in my case the word "base" was used as part of a namespace name. My prefixing "base" with an at sign (@) the syntax error can be fixed.

                                    • Dont Open and Show New Version Dialog - instead notify via menu bar

                                      Each time i run your tool it often shows a dialog over the top of my assemblies view while I am working - about a new version or something similar.

                                      Its like a child that wants my constant attention - and it is annoying. Please put the notifications either in my tray (windows 7 +) or implement a polite notifications popup in the app itself.

                                      Don't BEG.

                                      • Provide option to not include unneccesary parentheses from 'If' expressions when decompiling VB.NET code

                                        VB.NET (and BASIC-styled languages in general) have never required conditional expressions to be enclosed in parentheses, and it would be nice to have an option for making decompiled VB.NET code look a little more native by not putting 'if' expressions in parentheses.

                                        Maybe it's just me, but one of the reasons I have favored VB in over 20 years of professional programming is the English-styled keywords and relative lack of symbols in the syntax, which AFAIK are more for computers than humans.

                                        Without extraneous symbols, my brain often processes (well-written!) VB.NET code as fluently as pseudo-code, and I find that…

                                        • Mixed display: See C# (or VB) mixed with IL

                                          It would be nice to have a single display where you can see what IL code is generated from each C# (or VB) code line.
